Contract Cleaning - The Rainbow Cleaning Approach
Rainbow Cleaning will supply a team of uniformed personnel from our day cleaning division to carry out your cleaning requirements. All personnel will be directly responsible to our Contracts Manager. Your cleaner will ensure that the work is carried out to the specification and that the highest standard of cleaning is achieved.
After the initial start up period of on-site training and familiarisation, the Contract Manager will visit regularly to liaise with your cleaner and monitor the cleaning standards. Your cleaner will liaise closely with yourself, at a frequency and time of your choosing, to ensure that you are satisfied with the quality of work. Our Operations Management team is contactable throughout the day should they be required.
Our site and area supervisors come under the control of our Operations Manager.
He will oversee the implementation of the contract and upon completion will continue to monitor the contract as part of our Quality Assurance program.
