Charles River Associates (CRA) is a leading global consulting firm that offers economic, financial and business management expertise to a number of businesses such as major law firms, accounting firms, and governments around the world.

On surveying CRA's prestigious City offices it was clear that the main issues were the lack of attention to detail and irregular communication from the incumbent supplier to the client. 

To address the situation, we proposed several proactive changes. These changes included the implementation of a site supervisor to work alongside the cleaning staff ensuring that they were working to the required and expected standard. Increasing the hours would ensure that there was enough time given to perform the cleaning, to meet the clients exacting specification.

After speaking to the client, in regards to what led to the decision on Rainbow Cleaning being awarded the contract, they said that they were particularly impressed by our iPhone compatible Quality Control audit system which no other company had demonstrated at the time. 

When asked what they felt had been the most positive change to the cleaning at the premises since the start of the contract, they said “The main difference we have noticed when compared to our previous two cleaning contractors is your level of customer service and the speedy responsiveness to issues that arise. The area manager assigned to us is efficient, proactive and always exceeds the required standards”.
