Rainbow Cleaning is committed to cleaning our clients' premises to the highest possible standard.  We achieve this by incorporating a bespoke electronic quality control system which registers each and every comment received at our office. Once feedback is logged, whether positive or negative, it is forwarded on to the relevant manager for appropriate action to be taken. The manager then reports the outcome to our office and our monitoring system is updated.

Therefore we hold a complete history of any contract and we are able to provide a comprehensive audit of reports to clients at any time.      

In addition to this measurable quality control system, managers visit every client regularly to walk the site and score each area objectively and discuss the results directly with the client. We ask each client to sign a client visits sheet.

Finally, we will tele-canvas all Rainbow Cleaning clients and all feedback is given directly to the operations director who in turn passes all feedback down to the cleaning managers.

We have a very simple objective as a company which is to ensure that both our cleaners and clients are happy.
