Providing a high quality cleaning service for our customers is of paramount importance to us. As part of our commitment to quality our managers visit every client regularly to walk the site, assess and score each area objectively and discuss the results directly with the client.  

We therefore hold a complete history of all completed audits, and are able to provide a comprehensive report for clients at any time. 

Rainbow Cleaning offer the facility of a dedicated support desk for our clients to use for reactive responses. Our support desk logs all queries, ensuring that they are followed through to completion and the relevant action performed. We also carry out independent customer satisfaction surveys with our clients and all feedback is given directly to our operations team.
